Thank you for your interest in Gloucestershire Mentoring Programme’s (GMP’s) photo shoot. We’re organising this to help us to raise awareness of our work and attract new volunteers. Our programme supports young people with a mentor, to walk alongside them through challenging times.
If you are a young person between 11 and 25 or an adult, of any age, we would love you to get involved. We are welcoming and inclusive and value people getting involved from all backgrounds and abilities. It is important to us that we are able to show diverse and inclusive images, so any young people feel able to access our support.
Date: 28th March 2024.
Timing: 1 – 2 hours of your time between 11am and 3pm. We will provide refreshments, food and Amazon vouchers as a thank you for your support!
Venue: The Door. 44-45 High Street, Stroud, GL5 1AN.
We are based at the top of the High St. We will then be walking to and from various locations in and around Stroud. Please let us know if you need support with travel.
On the day, we will ask everyone to sign a consent form, if you are under 13 years of age a parent or carer will need to attend at the start of the event.
These images will be used to create an up-to-date bank of images for our publicity materials. These will be published in both hard copy (e.g. posters and banners) and online (e.g. in social media posts and promotional emails).
All photos will be stored securely in line with data protection guidance by ‘The Door’ on behalf of all the GMP partner organisations.
